Shipping Policy
Collection from the Studio
You are able to order and pick up your order directly from our Studio. To do this, when checking out be sure to select the Pick up delivery option.
An email notification will be sent to you when the order is ready to collect (please note all items are hand made following the order being placed).

Delivery Charges - UK
All orders sent to a UK address will be dispatched via a choice of the following:

Royal Mail tracked 48hr and will include a tracking number, cost of postage will be £5.15.

Orders over £35.00 sent to a UK address will qualify for free delivery (retail customers only).

InPost Tracked if available in your area - delivery to a locker close to your address. Cost of postage will be £2.99.
Non-Mainland UK address (postcodes starting with the letters TR, IM, GY, JE, HS, ZE, AB, IV, KW, PA, PH) are still classed as UK and will qualify for the same delivery costs stated above. Customs fees may be payable when shipping to a non-mainland UK address. Payment of any fees is the responsibility of you, the customer. The payment of these fees is not taken by us at the checkout and will be payable by you upon receipt of your order (where applicable).
Delivery Charges - Overseas
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to take orders from outside of the UK, but are looking to upgrade this soon.
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment, as all products are made to order if not in stock. At busy periods this may take a little longer, especially if ordering personalised products.
Please note that over the Christmas period there will be an increased delivery time, with expected dispatch to take up to two weeks.
